The liaison of Roditis and Moschofilero varieties in medium dry version reveals hidden gifts of this new formation.
Color: Yellowish with greenish shades.
Nose: Especially expressive, of strong aromatic intensity, flowery and fruity character, with predominant aromas of rose, green apple and pear. At a second stage, the aromatic palate is impressively enriched by exotic fruits, such as banana, mango and papaya.
Palate: Moderate body with playful acidity. Predominant aromas of brioche bread and ripen fruits.
Pleasant lingering aftertaste. To be served chilled at 8℃ .
Taste harmony: As aperitif, with Asian food, sweet and sour dishes, white fruit pies, cakes and fruits.
